Storm damage? Dangerous tree? We answer at 2am.

When a tree comes down across your driveway, a limb is hanging over the kids' room, or wind has torn into a structure, you don't need a callback in three days — you need someone who picks up now. Eden runs 24/7 emergency call-outs for urgent tree and structural issues right across Melbourne's north-east, every night and every weekend.

$350 minimum emergency call-out fee (inc GST) — covers the on-site assessment & make-safe work
When every minute counts

One call, and we're moving

No phone trees, no "leave a message". Here's exactly what happens from the moment you dial.

01

Call us

We answer and ask a few quick questions so we understand the situation — what's come down, where it is, whether anyone's at risk, and what machinery the job is going to need. The clearer the picture, the faster the right crew rolls.

02

On-call team member

You're transferred straight to whoever is on call that night. They already have your details, so there's no repeating yourself. A minimum call-out fee of $350 (inc GST) applies, which covers the on-site assessment of the hazard and the make-safe work.

03

We're on our way

Rapid response. We get to site, make the area accessible and safe — clearing what's dangerous tonight — then complete the full clear-up at the next convenient time, against a straightforward quote for the balance of the work.

Is it an emergency?

If it's unsafe right now, call — don't wait until morning.

Not sure if it qualifies? Pick up the phone anyway. We'd rather take a 90-second call and tell you it can wait than have you risk a hanging limb or a compromised structure overnight.

  • 01
    Fallen trees

A tree down across a driveway, roof, fence or road — blocking access, threatening property, or tangled in power lines (call your distributor for lines first).

  • 02
    Dangerous limbs

A large branch split, hung up, or hanging over a walkway, bedroom or play area — anything that could drop without warning.

  • 03
    Storm-damaged structures

A pergola, deck, carport or fence wrenched by wind, leaning, partly collapsed or at risk of coming down — we make it safe and shore it up.

Emergency call-out FAQs

What counts as an emergency? +

Anything that's an immediate safety or access risk: a fallen tree, a split or hanging limb, or a storm-damaged structure that's leaning or at risk of collapse. If something has come down or could come down and it's putting people or property in danger, that's an emergency — call us. For tidy-ups, planned removals and non-urgent work, our standard tree lopping and maintenance bookings are the way to go.

Is there a call-out fee? +

Yes. A minimum call-out fee of $350 (inc GST) applies for the after-hours response, and it covers the on-site assessment of the hazard and the make-safe work to get your property accessible and secure. We're upfront about it on the phone before anyone is dispatched — no surprises.

How fast can you get here? +

We aim for a rapid response across Melbourne's north-east. The on-call crew is briefed with your details the moment you call, so they head out with the right gear for the job. Exact timing depends on conditions and demand on the night — after a major storm we triage the most dangerous situations first — but the goal is always to make your site safe as quickly as possible.

Do you do the follow-up work too? +

Yes. The emergency call-out makes the site accessible and safe right away. The full clear-up — removing the rest of the tree, hauling debris, grinding the stump or repairing the structure — is completed at the next convenient time against a straightforward quote for the balance of the work. One team handles the whole thing, start to finish.

Right now, after hours, in the rain — we pick up.

Servicing Greensborough and the wider north-east: Banyule, Nillumbik, Whittlesea, Manningham, Darebin and the Yarra Ranges.
