What You'll Be Doing

Landscape construction in progress

Qualified / Experienced Landscaper

You'll work closely with our landscaping team and apprentices on high-quality residential and commercial projects across Melbourne — all aspects of landscape construction, hardscaping, softscaping and planting, coordinating materials and site logistics, and reading plans and project specs. You'll take real pride in handing over a finished space, done safely and to a high standard. Minimum 2–3 years' landscaping experience; Cert III or IV in Landscaping / Horticulture preferred. Current driver's licence & White Card required; machinery tickets (excavator/bobcat) a bonus.

Garden maintenance work

Garden Maintenance Gardener

Your days are spent keeping clients' gardens looking their best — mowing, edging, pruning, planting and seasonal care across homes and commercial sites. You'll manage your runs, build relationships with regulars, and leave every garden better than you found it. Plant knowledge is a plus; reliability is a must.

Timber outdoor structure build

Carpenter / Outdoor Builder

You'll build the structures that anchor a garden — decks, pergolas, alfrescos and screens, often in recycled timber. You'll read plans, set out accurately, coordinate with the wider crew, and keep a clean, safe, organised site. Qualified carpenter with outdoor/structural experience.

Tree work and arborist crew

Arborist / Tree Crew

You'll handle pruning, removals and large-scale tree work — climbing, rigging and ground work — safely and to spec. You'll run gear and machinery, work to clear safety standards, and help keep crews and the public safe on every job. Tickets/qualifications and a strong safety mindset essential.

Do I need qualifications to apply? +

It depends on the role. Arborists need relevant tree-work tickets. Carpenters need formal qualifications and outdoor building experience. Landscapers and maintenance gardeners — attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most. If you're keen and have some relevant experience, apply anyway.

Is the trial day paid? +

Yes, always. You work a real job alongside the crew, you get paid. No risk, no unpaid "auditions" — that's not how we operate.

Is the work full-time or casual? +

Both. Most of our crew are permanent full-time, working consistent runs and long-term projects. But we also hire casual crew for peaks and specific jobs. Talk to us about what suits your situation.

What if my trade isn't listed? +

Apply anyway. We keep applications on file and hire for roles as they come up. If we've met you and you're solid, we'll reach out when something matches. Electricians, plumbers, designers — send your details.
